How long does shipping take?

My jewelry takes a short journey before it reaches you – with great care, sensitivity, and time for every detail.

Delivery time is typically 7 to 21 business days. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience—and I promise you: the wait is worth it.

When is shipping free?

For orders over 50 euros, shipping is free.

For orders under 50 euros, the flat rate shipping within Germany is 4.99 euros.

Is there an invoice in the package?

No – for the sake of the environment, there is no paper invoice included.

You will receive the invoice exclusively digitally.

How can I reach you if I have a question?

I will usually respond to your message within 24 hours – personally and with genuine attention.

Can I return a piece of jewelry?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the date of receipt.

Please ensure that the jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

If a product is damaged upon arrival, please send me a photo and a brief message within seven days. I will personally work to find a fair and prompt solution—be it a replacement or a refund.

How do I know if the piece of jewelry fits me?

You can find the measurements and materials directly in the respective product description. If you're unsure or need advice, feel free to write to me – I'll be happy to help you individually, for example, with necklace lengths or earring sizes.

Why can colors vary slightly?

Please note that screen displays, lighting conditions, and individual color settings may lead to slight variations. Especially with shiny surfaces, stones, or pearls, the appearance may vary—without affecting the quality of the jewelry.

Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Most of the jewelry is made of 925 silver, gold-plated titanium steel or high-quality coated copper.

I pay close attention to skin-friendly materials and transparency – you'll find all the information for each product. If you're prone to allergies, I particularly recommend jewelry made of titanium steel or genuine 925 silver.
